Why is this even allowed to eexist on google's app store? They are supposed to vet the apps. This thing doesn't do anything whatsoever.

It does exactly what it says it does. Easy-peasy. BUT the thing that cuts the usefulness half is the fact that as soon as you scroll, it stops its function and everything on the page moves again. I'm not a programmer. So, I'm ignorant to just how difficult it actually might be to fix that. But OMG, I really wish I could scroll through a frozen page.
