I don't like self opening tabs and I especially don't like online telemetry self opening tabs with ads on them.

This will refresh my inbox, and stop when I go into an email and start composing a reply. Then when I go back to my inbox, it starts refreshing again. It's perfect!

Mine is not working properly as it refresh just once and then it does not repeat the refreshing of the page and also the time counter is reduced to 0 automatically after every refresh and hence I have to enter the time counter again for it to work and that too works just once and again the time counter gets reset.
