SOAR to Google.com Migration - Scheduling & Prerequisites
Google Security Operations Customer,

Please disregard any previous migration form you received.

Your SOAR instance is scheduled for migration  as part of Scheduled Maintenance (see URL and Date below) to Google Cloud.  The Migration will be performed in 2 Stages. Please refer to the  Migration Guide  for more information.

Please complete this form to execute Stage 1.  It includes the migration of Google owned SOAR Project to GCP Infrastructure and migration of SOAR authentication to GCP.

The migration will involve a downtime of up to 120 minutes for the platform UI.  During this timeframe, SOAR services are suspended. Once the migration is over, Google SecOps SOAR is available and the SOAR services resume processing any alerts generated or ingested during the downtime.

If you do not submit this form /  contact us  for rescheduling,  your instance version will be frozen and you will not receive any further feature updates/upgrades, security patches and bug fixes starting Mrach 1, 2026.

* You will receive a separate form for each instance
** The instance will be created in the same region

For more information refer to  Migration Guide Stage 1 Video Pre-Migration Validation Guide .

VPC Service Controls *
Is the GCP project hosting your Chronicle SecOps instance currently protected by a  VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC) service perimeter ?

Note:  If your project is part of a VPC-SC perimeter, your migration will be postponed until later in  Q1 2026 . This ensures your environment is migrated only once VPC-SC support for Chronicle SecOps reaches  General Availability (GA) , preventing any potential service disruptions or perimeter violations.
