In case your new application volume provisioning fails, you can retry the operation. We understand that any period of inactivity is not ideal, so we have intentionally scheduled this maintenance at a time when it will cause the least disruption. Our team will be working diligently to complete the maintenance quickly and efficiently.

I have some doubts on the time zone from the below sheet. In the header it says IST, however, in the body it says PST, I think the correct time zone would be PST, but please confirm on your end. Thanks.

This email is to inform you about upcoming scheduled maintenance on our infrastructure that may have a minor impact on the GCNV service.
We paused the maintenance back in June as we found an issue which can cause problems to infrastructure. The issue is fixed now with new release and we are restarting the maintenance on our infrastructure now.
