I understand you're encountering an error when trying to retrieve a saved query via the API. To help us investigate this further, could you please provide the following details:

Network code
Ad Manger UI report Id which you are trying to retrieve via API
UserService.getCurrentUser (if you are unable to provide this information, please provide the email address of the account used to authenticate the API)
Complete SOAP request and response logs ( SOAP logging must be enabled) from API
