How can I find the source code for NuGet package versions

Hi all,

I am using NuGet package  NuGet Gallery | Google.Protobuf 3.31.1 .
I am trying to find out the tag on source code from where this NuGet package got built and released.
I am looking at  Tags · protocolbuffers/protobuf , but I don't see it.
I need this information to get the software cleared at my company.

It would be great if you guys can provide details for this.
