- (b) inviare contenuti, prompt o altri input che:

- (ii) generano immagini che contengono violenza o spargimenti di sangue realistici e ingiustificati, copiano lo stile artistico di una terza parte o generano marchi o contenuti protetti da copyright di terze parti (ad esempio, loghi, prodotti o personaggi) oppure infrangono in altro modo qualsiasi diritto di proprietà intellettuale di terze parti.

To use Product Studio ( "Product Studio" ), you must accept:

Prohibited conduct. In addition to the "Respect others" section in the Google Terms of Service , you must comply with our Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy and agree not to:
- (a) share access to Product Studio with any third party including any of your customers; or
- (b) submit any content, prompts, or other input that:
- (i) includes any personal or sensitive information (for example: names, phone numbers, addresses, emails, or birth dates);
- (ii) generates images that contain gratuitous realistic violence or gore, copy the artistic style of a third party, generate third-party trademarks or copyrighted content (for example: logos, products, or characters), or otherwise infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
