When you purchase a subscription through a reseller, the reseller can access certain Google Admin console services and submit support cases for you, unless you turn off the reseller's access. If you transfer a subscription, you can also grant the reseller access to manage the subscription.
About Admin console access
Regardless of Admin console access, resellers can always manage subscriptions that they sell you in the Partner Sales Console or using APIs.
Subscription management, for example:
- Upgrade or downgrade a subscription.
- Cancel a subscription.
- Purchase add-on subscriptions.
Resellers can’t make any changes to subscriptions that you bought from Google or through any reseller.
- You manage subscriptions that you purchased directly from Google.
- You can view subscriptions that you purchased through a reseller, but you can’t make changes.
License management, for example:
- Set automatic licensing.
- Assign or unassign a license to a user.
- Bulk assign or unassign licences.
Resellers can manage licenses for subscriptions that you purchased from them.

Billing and payment accounts, for example:
- View and add payment accounts.
- View subscription history.
- Resellers can manage billing and payment accounts for subscriptions that you purchased through them.

ChromeOS and other device management, for example:
- Approve, update, or remove a device.
