Control Agentspace access to Workspace data

As an admin, you can manage how Google Agentspace accesses your organization's data in Google Workspace. 

Agentspace is an intranet search, AI assistant, and agentic platform, bringing knowledge workers the power of generative AI and agentic workflows and leveraging data sources from across your organization.

Agentspace can connect to Workspace and read data in services like Gmail, Drive, and Google Calendar. You can decide if Agentspace is able to access this data.

Allow Agentspace access to Workspace apps

1. Go to Menu  Apps > Additional Google services > Google Cloud Platform .

   Requires having the Service Settings administrator privilege .

2. Click Agentspace Settings  > check or uncheck Allow access to Workspace apps.
   1. (Optional) To apply the setting only to some users, at the side, select an organizational unit(often used for departments) or configuration  group(advanced). Show me how

3. Click Save .
