You can export

Interactive reports. Use export to download a report in a selection of file types. Use share to send a report to other users on your network. Use copy to create a version of a shared report that you can customize.
Export a report
Note the following details when exporting Interactive reports:
- Metrics: To use export, your report needs at least one metric.
- Table structure: Exported reports always use the flat table structure, even if you chose to display your data in the hierarchical structure within Ad Manager.
- Versions: When you export a report, the current version you are viewing is exported. The current version may be a draft or a published version , depending on the version you select.
To export a report:
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Reporting, then Interactive reports.
- Select an existing report, or create a new report .
- In the top-right corner of a report, click Export report, and then select a file type.
Currently supported export types include CSV, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel. The CSV and XLSX options can be downloaded. - Under "Additional data," make your selections:
- Include report properties (selected by default): Includes report details — such as report name, run time, and filters — that appear at the top of CSV files and in a separate tab for Google Sheets and Excel files.
- Include hidden or filtered data: Includes sections you've filtered or hidden, such as columns.
- Include fields added for formatting: Includes fields added to format the report. For example, ID fields and end dates are added for certain dimensions, and "Line item currency code" is added to format some line item attributes.
- Include totals row: Includes a row with the total for count metrics, or the average for percentage and rate driven metrics.
- Use API column names
: Includes the API column name (such as COUNTRY_NAME) in the header row instead of the localized name (such as "Country"). Learn more about API column names in the API Developer docs
. Note: If you selected XLSX or CSV for the file type, under "Delivery," the "Download" export method is currently available and selected by default.
- Click Export.
Share a report
Requires permission
You can share reports with anyone on your network that has the "Create and view reports" permission.
Note the following details when sharing Interactive reports:
- Shared reports are view-only for recipients, but they can make a copy for a customizable version. Likewise, to share a report you don’t own, you must first copy the report .
- A report must have a name and the "Published" status before it can be shared. If needed, you can make these updates as outlined in the following steps.
To share a report
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Reporting, and then Interactive reports.
- Create a report or open an existing report to share.
- Complete the following steps as needed:
- If the report has not yet been published, click Publish.
Only published reports can be shared. - If the report has not yet been named, enter a name for the report.
Only named reports can be shared.
- If the report has not yet been published, click Publish.
- In the top-right corner of the report, click Share report, and then choose an option:
- Selected users: Shares the report only with the users you enter or select in the "Add users" menu. In the menu, check the box next to each user you want to share the report with.
- Anyone in my network: Shares the report with anyone in your network who has reporting access.
- Click Save. Note:If your report doesn’t have a name, you’ll be asked to enter one.
To view a report shared with you
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Reporting, and then Interactive reports.
- Next to "Filter by," click Shared with me.
- Click the name of the report.
- (Optional) For a version of the report you can customize, click Copy
.
You become the owner of the copied report, and can edit as needed.
Copy a report
To save time with report setup, you can copy an existing report. "Copy of" is added to the name of the copied report, which you can rename. Once copied, the new report is ready to use. You can find your copied reports (along with all your reports ) on the "Interactive reports" page.
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Reporting, and then Interactive reports.
- Click the name of the report you want to copy.
- In the top-right corner of the report, click Copy
.
- To rename the copied report, click the name field and enter a new name.
Note that your new report is saved as a draft until you rename it.
