You can export data about line items to a spreadsheet in XLSX or XLS format. The data can either be for the line items in a particular order, or for a filtered list of line items. Note that selecting line items in a table does not limit the line items that will be exported.
Don't export too many line items at one time
This feature is designed to export a single order or a small filtered list of line items. Attempts to export data for a large number of line items or for all of the line items in your network are likely to take a long time or be canceled. If you need to export large amounts of data, use the Ad Manager API .

How to export line items
Export an order's line items
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Delivery
Orders.
- Use filters to find your order and click its name to open the settings.
- Click Export order

Export a filtered list of line items
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Delivery
Line items.
- Use filters to find the line items you want to export and select the checkboxes next to them.
- Click Export line items

What's included in the exported file
If you export an entire order from the order summary page, the downloaded file contains information about the advertiser, budget, and other summary information.
All line item exports contain the following information:

The name of the order that contains this line item.
Line item
The name of the line item.
Line item type
Order ID
The ID of the order that contains this line item.
Line item ID
The ID of the line item.
Line item start time
The start date and time of the line item. For example, "September 27, 2016 11:31:00 AM".
Line item end time
The end date and time of the line item. For example, "June 30, 2016 11:59:00 PM". if a line item doesn't have an end date, this field is blank.
Automatic extension days
The number of days, if the line item has a grace period
configured.
Only available in Google Ad Manager 360.
Duration
The time span used to measure goals and pacing:
- "Lifetime" for goal-based line items, such as Standard or Bulk.
- "Daily" for weight-based line items, such as Sponsorship or Network.
- "None" for Ad Exchange or click-tracking line items.
Status
Reservation status
Whether the line item is considered in Ad Manager inventory forecasts.
- "Reserved" for line items that have been activated.
- "Unreserved" for non-guaranteed line items, or guaranteed line items that haven't been activated.
Unit type
The line item's primary reporting metric, either "Impressions" or "Clicks".
Cost type
Rate
The line item's rate as a decimal value, such as "2.75" or "4".
Value cost per unit
The line item's eCPM rate.
Goal quantity
Contracted quantity
The line item's contracted quantity, or minimum quantity
, if defined.

Budget
The total calculated budget for the line item as a decimal value, based on the Goal quantity and Rate values.
Line item lifetime impressions
The total number of impressions delivered.
Line item lifetime clicks
The total number of clicks recorded.

The "Display creatives" setting
value, if multiple sizes are defined for the line item. Use the "Number of creatives" column in this export to see the number of creative sizes targeted by a line item.
Placement targeting
A comma-separated list of placements

Ad unit targeting
A comma-separated list of ad units
included in the line item's targeting. If no ad units are targeted, this column contains "Run of network". Ad unit hierarchy is portrayed using ">". For example, "Sports > Baseball".
Excluded ad units
A comma-separated list of ad units
explicitly excluded from the line item's targeting. If no ad units are excluded, this column contains "-". Ad unit hierarchy is portrayed using ">". For example, "Sports > Baseball".
Custom targeting
A textual representation of the key-values and CMS metadata
included in the line item's targeting. For example, "(color = "blue" OR shape = "circle")".
Targeted locations
A comma-separated list of geographical locations included in the line item's targeting. For example, ""Paris", "Germany"".
Excluded locations
A comma-separated list of geographical locations explicitly excluded from the line item's targeting. For example, ""Paris", "Germany"". If no geographic locations are included in targeting, this column is blank. If geographic locations are included, but no locations are explicitly excluded, this column contains "-".
Targeted sizes
A comma-separated list of creative sizes targeted by the line item. For example, "160x600, 728x90".
Number of creatives
The number of sizes included in the "Targeted sizes" column. This is the number of creative sizes targeted by a line item, not
the number of creatives associated with the line item.
Creative rotation type
Line item lifetime viewable impressions
External Line Item ID
The user-defined External ID
value assigned to the line item.
