You can check the approval status and ads.txt status of a site in your AdSense sites list. Learn how to access your Sitespage and check your AdSense site status.
- Sign in to your AdSense account.
- Click Sites.
- In the list of sites, find your site and check its approval status
and ads.txt status
. Tip: Use the filterat the top of the page to quickly find sites in your sites list. You can either use the preset terms or enter your own search term.

Approval statuses for sites
- Your site hasn't been checked yet. Before you request a review, make sure you have completed all the required tasks
. Your AdSense homepage has a list of the tasks you need to complete. Click Request reviewto start the review process. Note: If you request a review without completing the required account setup tasks , your site will not be reviewed and will remain in the "Getting ready" status."Something went wrong. Please try again later"
If you have this message, check you've added the correct URL, then try again. If the message persists, your site or subdomain might not yet be eligible for AdSense. Please try again in the future.
- Or, your site is inactive and needs another review before it can show ads again. Learn how to request a review for an inactive site .
