To contact publisher support:
- Scroll to the bottom of any Help Center page, click Contact us
to access the support page.
- Briefly explain your issue and click Next step.
- Pick the help category that best matches your issue. Tip: Try to avoid the "Other" option as it can increase the time it takes to resolve your issue.
- Use the recommended resources to solve your issue.
- If you still need assistance, click Next stepand click the available contact option. Note: Emails are answered by one of our support specialists within 2 business days (sometimes longer during holidays).
