Pin a conversation or space

To check an important conversation or space in Google Chat, you can pin it to the top of your conversation or space list. A dot shows up next to pinned conversations and spaces with unread messages.

Pin or unpin a conversation

2. In Chat, next to a conversation, click More options.
3. Click Pinor Unpin.

Pin or unpin a space

1. On your computer, open Google Chat or Gmail .
   • In Gmail:On the left, click Chat.
2. In Chat, next to a space, click More options.
3. Click Pinor Unpin.
