You can use text refining suggestions with Gemini in Google Slides to improve the quality of your content.
Use “Refine” to:
- Shorten text
- Rephrase sentences
- Make the tone of voice more formal
- Convert paragraphs into bullet points
This feature is currently available on desktop.
Refine your text
- On your computer, open a presentation in Google Slides .
- Click on a text boxRefine
.
- Type a custom prompt or choose a refinement option:
- Shorten
- Rephrase
- More formal
- Bulletize
- Optional: To generate another version:
- You can try a custom prompt.
- Or you can click Refineand choose a refinement option.
- To replace existing content with the generated text, click Replace.
- Optional: To insert the generated text below the existing content, click the Down arrow Insert.
