Important:
- This policy only applies to users based in Israel, France, Germany, and New York state.
- If you select Cancel immediately, your subscription is canceled and you immediately lose access to the content.
If you're based in Israel, France, Germany, or New York, you may have the option to cancel your subscription with immediate effect and request a partial refund.
- For users in Germany, without limiting your statutory right of withdrawal
within 14 days of purchase, you will only be able to request immediate cancellation and a partial refund if:
- The subscription began on or after March 1, 2022.
- The subscription has billing periods longer than a month (ex. subscriptions with annual billing).
- You cancel after the initial subscription term.
- For users in France, without limiting your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, you may be able to request immediate cancellation if you have a legitimate reason for early termination.
- Users in New York state have the option to cancel their subscription and request a partial refund within 14 days of an opt-out price increase.
Partial refunds for subscriptions are not supported for users outside of Israel, France, Germany, and New York.
