You can turn on email notifications for campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword templates. Email notifications will be sent for each client account impacted by the templates in a sub-manager account.
Example
Consider a sub-manager account with 3 client accounts: A1, A2, and A3. If a template creates entities across all 3 accounts, the system sends one email per affected client account (3 total emails). Each email details only the changes made to that specific account, including which templates were used and what entities were created, with relevant links.
Turn on email notifications for templates
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account..
- Navigate to a sub-manager account .
- On the page menu, under “Tools & settings,” select Templates.
- Select the gear icon
next to the name of the template you want to turn on email notifications for.
- On the “Template settings” page, select Email notifications.
- In the dropdown, select Every time campaigns are generated, or the corresponding option for the type of template you’re editing, and select Save.
