The Assets reportcontains a list of all assets with your ownership. This report is available on a weekly basis.
The Asset conflicts report contains a list of assets in ownership conflict. This report is available daily.
Download the reports
- Sign in to Studio Content Manager .
- From the left menu, select Reports
.
- Click the Assets tab.
- In the Download reports column, click the version name and select the report to download it.
What's in the reports
Assets report
| FIELD | DESCRIPTION |

| approx_daily_views | The average of daily views at an asset level |
| asset_id | YouTube-generated ID for the associated asset |
| asset_type | The type of asset for the reference (e.g. Web, Movie, etc.) |
| status | Indicates the status of the asset - Active or Inactive |
| metadata_origination | Source of asset metadata |
| custom_id | The optional asset metadata field used to uniquely identify an asset, usually an internal code |
| season | The season of a TV show |
| episode_title | The title of a TV show episode |
| tms | The TMS ID for a TV episode |
| active_claims | The number of active claims |
| constituent_asset_id | Constituent IDs are previous IDs that assets had before merging. |
| active_reference_id | YouTube-generated ID for the associated active reference |
| inactive_reference_id | YouTube-generated ID for the associated inactive reference |
| match_policy | The applied match policy for the asset |
| is_merged | Indicates if the asset was created due to an asset merge |
| conflicting_owner | Partner IDs for other partners with conflicting ownership |
| ownership | The owner of an asset in particular territories. |
| asset_label | Any labels associated with the asset |
| conflicting_country_code | ISO country codes for territories with ownership conflict with other partners |
