This page explains how to view your chat statistics for the current day. You can
also view your team-average chat statistics to compare your performance with
your team's performance. Your team, for the purposes of the team average, is
comprised of the members of your queue.
This page assumes that you are signed into the Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI Platform) portal. For
more information, seeAccess the CCAI Platform portal.
To view your chat statistics, follow these steps:
In the CCAI Platform portal, click the clickchat_bubbleChat iconto open the agent
chat adapter.
In the chat adapter, clickdouble_arrowShow chat overview.
Clickmore_vertOptions, and then
clickStats. TheStatspage appears, displaying your individual chat
statistics and the average statistics for your team.
