You can choose to enable sales lead management to let customers contact you directly from Cloud Marketplace for personalized guidance from your sales team.
Types of requests you can get
When customers send you a custom message, they must select a category from the Type of requestlist:
- Ask for a product demo
- Get a custom quote
- Extend an existing contract
- Get help choosing a product
- Other Sales questions
Enable sales lead management
To let customers contact you directly:

In Producer Portal, visit the Sales lead managementpage. The direct link to the page is:
https://console.cloud.google.com/producer-portal/sales-lead-management

Enter the Sales contactemail that you want to use for receiving customer messages.

Enter the Privacy policy URLwith terms for customers to review before they contact you.

Click the checkbox to give Google your consent to share the information you provided with customers.

Click the Enablebutton. A dialog appears to confirm that a contact button has successfully been added to the Cloud Marketplace pages for your products.
After you enable sales lead management, when a customer uses the feature to contact you directly, you receive an email with the information that the customer provided.
Turn off sales lead management
To remove customers' ability to contact you directly from Cloud Marketplace:

In Producer Portal, visit the Sales lead managementpage. The direct link to the page is:

In the upper right corner of the page, click Turn off.

In the dialog that appears, click Turn off.
