Wilhelm Camphausen (1818-1885) schuf 1864 ein besonders pathetisches Bild aus der Zeit des Siebenjährigen Krieges. Die preußischen Soldaten singen nach der gewonnenen Schlacht bei Leuthen am 5. Dezember 1757 den Choral "Nun danket alle Gott". Es ist ein berühmtes Motiv. (Jürgen Luh)
