These are dishes being served at Jamuan Makan Bajamba. It respresents the land (beef/ox), the air ( poultry ), the water ( fishes and vegetables). Each of these dishes cooked in many ways, such as asam padeh, rendang, sayur and also sanjai idi which is made of cassava as a substitute for kerupuk.
