WP 7200, renamed Azad WP 7200, also known as Azad, was comissioned in the year 1947 to Baldwin Locomotive Works, U.S.A.

Made in 1947, this is the WP 7200, or Azad as it is fondly known.

Easily recognized by the cone shaped bulging nose with a silver star painted on it. This was the standard passenger locomotive on IR post 1947. It can run up to 100km/hr.
