Request pending

New 3D version has poor resolution

The new 3D images are low res compared to the older 2D version. Even the original download size is pixilated when used in Google Slides. I can no longer print them at any size over 2 inches because they are embarrassing. Either fix the resolution or bring back the 2D. I'm sure no one is going to miss the creepy facial expressions of the 3D version.

Changing Clothes and modify the eyes, etc.

I would like to change the clothes on my bitmoji and maybe the hair but I don't know how. I can't see the little gear that I would normally have clicked on. Please help. Thank you.

Please bring back 2D Bitmoji

Like so many other users i hate the 3D and refuse to use them. Why not make them an option instead of the only way? Then you will get an idea of user experience and preferences. Once i lose all the 2D’s that will be it — i will delete the app.

HATE the new Bitmoji!

I can’t believe you did this! I am deleting my app immediately. As a school librarian I use my Bitmoji in all my presentations. It was cute and looked like me. This new avatar looks nothing like me no matter how I try to change it. Can’t you have both the 2D and 3D for those of us who like the older version?!?
