Thumbnail Enlarger for Google Drive

Not working

I've installed Thumbnail Enlarger for Google Drive and pinned its icon at the top of my screen. When I select the icon, a drop-down window shows the extension to be enabled and lets me choose image size and grid size. Regardless of what sizes I choose, nothing changes on the Google Drive layout. I still see the same 10x6 grid.
