It was working perfectly but stopped working after trying to change the branch. The error message says, "Token lacks repository administration permission." It's failing anyway!

never completes the upload frorm github to bolt. No way to extend the time the public repository exists for large products. No way to manage access to your github within the extension. Only real security you have to to delte the classic token after using each time. Cannot recommend at all as others have complained about Bolt to GitHub not working as well. I can't get it to go the other way..just dies at 90% every time even on a simple one page wait list sign up repo...COMPLETE TRASH until he ... Show more

The extension now only uploads changed files rather than the entire repository, which significantly improves push speed and reliability, especially for larger projects. Regarding the GitHub to Bolt direction (importing repositories), I've identified and fixed several issues that were causing the 90% completion hang you experienced. This should now work much more reliably, even for simple projects like your waitlist sign-up repo. Security is also a priority, and while using temporary tokens is currently the recommended approach (as you noted), I'm actively working on implementing more robust authentication methods that won't require token regeneration for each use. If you're willing to give the extension another try with these updates, I'd greatly appreciate your feedback. This is an amazing plugin however, I have also noticed that my updates to Git have stopped working, thoughts?
