The speed of response hasn’t been my strongest point while processing tickets. However, customers need a reaction immediately. This extension helps me provide responses much faster. I’m waiting for a team lead feedback after using the extension for a month, and I hope my performance will get positive feedback.

I was a little bit skeptical about AI’s ability to provide human-like answers despite using GPT in my everyday life and work. You know, you always feel that you talk to a robot. Hence, I was surprised that this tool’s answers are the most human I’ve ever seen, even if compared with GPT that I use most often. I use this Agent’s response drafts in 90% of the cases, roughly, which helps me save time considerably because I don’t need to think carefully about wording or spend time on the research.
