Paid and downloaded extension, download button appears but does nothing

So I paid for this and downloaded/installed the extension, the button to download appears above audio messages in facebook messenger but does absolutely nothing when I click on it. Please refund me

Downloaded extension, Opened Messenger- nothing changed

Hi I paid for the extension but it has not made any changes to my Messenger audio files - I still cant download them. Please refund or explain what I am doing wrong.
