It won't let me download comments from fan page reels

When I try to download comments from fan page reels, I get a message saying the design has changed and to contact support.

Hi, basically all URLs that I input get error. See one URL below.

Was I blocked by Facebook you reckon?
Is it because I extract few URLs at the same time?
It just wont work now even with just 1 URL.

Do you have an email I can use or is this the best way to reach out?

Error in downloading/scraping

I get consistent errors on extracting comments. Error just says "an error occurred. pls try again (wc I did but still error) and contact developer. Pls let me know why I cannot extract
