Drafting Process Replay
Hello,
I'm currently using the free version, and for some reason, I am unable to see the drafting process replay. In the past, I've been able to access this feature. Did something change?

I'm using the free version for now. I haven't looked at ANY documents in october so far, but the counter says 21/150. what happened?

No access to features paid for
We no longer have access to our paid subscription. Emails to info@revisionhistory come back undeliverable. What is going on? How do we get our money back or our access restored? I have followed the directions and suggestions posted on the support paid with no success.

"Open a Google Doc to Get Started"
I have/had a paid account--- but now, any time I try to use the extension, it says "Open a Google Doc to get started" even though I am already on the document that I am trying to use with the extension. I have cleared my cache and cookies, I have logged out and logged back in, I have un installed and re isntalled the extension, and I still cannot get it. PLEASE HELP !!! I am a HS English teacher and I rely on this extension pretty often!!!

Trying to re-sign up, not receiving any emails in order to access paid subscription
Hi, it seems like I am having the same issue as Alexander Grosz, whose comment is below mine.I previously had the paid version but stopped it over the summer as I thought my school would be buying subscriptions. When I try to access the paid version, I am supposed to get an email with a code, but no email comes through. I have checked my spam folder and my blocked addresses just in case, but they are not the issue. I'm hoping to sign up ASAP, so let me know what else I can do to fix this! Thanks, Ann

No Code sent to email
I have signed up and it has indicated a code has been sent to my email. No code as been received. I have tried resending the code and signing up with a different email address. No code has been received which means I cannot sign in
