keyboard shortcuts should not work from textbox

When I'm in text box or typing an email or have the address bar focused, I expect ctrl+shft+arrow to highlight a word, not shift tabs. Don't use the keyboard shortcut if a textbox handles it first.

How do I change the key bindings?

The Options button is greyed out when I click on the extension, so I can't access the options. How do I change the key bindings?
