Endnote Click does not allow pushing reference directly to Endnote account (v 3.4.3)

I cannot push any references directly to my Endnote app from Endnote Click. Each time I click on the drop down list for groups to push the reference to, no option appears and if I click on "push" then a red "A server error has occurred" will appear. I noticed this issue beginning to persist alongside the scroll bar appearing around the Endnote Click pop-up that Trevor Hunt mentioned not long ago. Please fix as soon as possible.

BUG - scroll bars appear on the Endnote Click pop-up button after 4/1/2025 update!

Here is an image of the error, it happens 100% of the time now after the 4/1/2025 update. Very annoying and blocks content on the page. Running macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81) and Chrome Version 134.0.6998.166 (Official Build) (arm64) with EndNote Click Plugin v3.4.3

Complete uninstall/reinstall of the plugin did nothing.

PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!

Google extension

Won't allow me to sign into the extension

Hi! I can sign in on the app on my computer and on the website- but the extension is telling me my log in is incorrect which is untrue. When I go to request new password- it won't send the email! Any help yo could provide would be helpful.

Endnote click

Endnote click won't identify the current page as a reference. Even if I download the PDF it is still not recognising it. For context, I am trying to reference PROSPERO and a protocol I submitted in August for a systematic review. Please help with this!

Extreeeeeme Laaaaaaag

The latest version (v3.0.7) did NOT fix the bug causing the lag on the website (like baidu.com, bilibili.com).

Extreme Lag

Over the past few days, I noticed abnormal lag when loading and typing in almost every website on Chrome. This persisted both on my laptop and my PC. When I disabled EndNote Click, everything went back to normal.

There's a serious bug that's causing extreme lag on many websites. The recent reviews also confirm that they've had the same issue.
