Group Convert Ext

I am new to Group Convert having it for only 3 months, but in that time I have found it incredible helpful and useful - AND a big time-saver - for my group and capturing emails. Several of course are dummy emails people give but it is easy to weed them out. The main thing is I no longer have to pay a VA to go through each individual request, copy/paste into a csv file and then import into my CRM. it works until it doesn't. Doesn't automate anything when it comes to messages and allowing members into my group. Also reached out to join the challenge many times and get no answer through FB messenger. Looking for another solution.

Hey Elizabeth.. Our support page is https://support.kimcdang.com and we close out our tickets daily. It still works (we have thousands of users using this software now with no issues). Please submit a ticket to our support desk instead of sending a message through facebook messenger.

Intrusive. It keeps popping up over my other browsers, I can't login, and if I do it just disappears and pops up again over all other tabs. I can't delete it either, because if I do it pops back up. I've tried deleting the extension. I don't know about it's usefulness but it's increadibly annoying and intrusive of an app activity

Hey Sebastian, to delete it you just need to right click on the extension and choose "remove from chrome". It's pretty easy to delete.

The tool does not work for Facebook moderators, and there is no simple or clear way to cancel the free trial or request a refund. On top of that, it seems like the owner is no longer actively running the business. I am disappointed with the entire experience.

You reached out to our support team about moderator functionality at 6:47am on March 24, and we responded by 9:51am on March 25 explaining that GroupConvert requires admin-level permissions due to Facebook's restrictions on moderator capabilities. The extension specifically works with the member approval process, which Facebook only grants to admins. We didn't hear back from you after providing this information. Regarding cancellation, we include instructions in our welcome email (which you received and replied to), to let our support team know i fyou have any questions or need help.
