Hi Glenn! After some detective work, I managed to find your account. It looks like there was an issue that caused your subscription not to be set up completely. This is not a common occurrence, and one we can easily resolve for you. We do have many published support channels that would have allowed us to serve you more directly. I've gone through about 5 different Social Media CRM's. This one is by far the best and most reasonably priced. Can't possibly recommend highly enough.

I absolutely love GroupTrack CRM! It is one of the tools I use daily because it saves me so much time and money. I can't live without it!

I love being able to track our potential clients and connect with them faster. It's helped us systemize individual attention and I'm looking forward to the implications long term. I love that everything works inside FB on my desktop.

I have so many great things to say - but I don't wanna keep you here all day - you know, like you "OLD CRM" use to??? LOL Group Track is your all in one, cancel every other subscription, income skyrocketing tool to help you get your life back AND still increase your bottom line. What a freaking great tool for tracking what is going on in my group! And with lots of training and regular software enhancements (new stuff not just fixes), I am glad I found this tool. Integration with ActiveCampaign and facebook at the same time...so cool and so useful
