I don t know if you are still working on your project, my friend and I worked on a smilar project and I still have the files.
It has to be updated for the coding but yet could be a good thing for both of us.

Unfortunaterly it doesn't work for me

Unfortunaterly it doesn't work for me. I play at gr.70 server. I put the speeds and the language, and all, and i suppose i should see something but nothing happens. I still have the same small map and no times.
It seems a very usefull extention, and thank you very much for taking the time to make it. I hope when you have some time you can take a look at the problem or check the greek 70 server.
Looking forward for the full verdion!!!
