hcaptcha not being solved & being refreshed repeatedly

I am using the extension with selenium. I have injected the secret key by using a predefined profile. When the hCaptcha appears in the site "https://gold.razer.com/global/en/gold/reload", the solver opens the captcha and keeps on refreshing unlimited times repeatedly. How to fix this?
