FatRank not showing in top 100, website is between 14-16

There seems to be an issue with my FatRank not accurately showing websites. This is the case for multiple websites. For example:
Dentist American Forkhttps://www.totalcaredental.com/ (14)
FatRank is saying they're not in the top 100...Can you please see if there is an issue with my FatRank?

Location is not stored!

when i open fat rank it gives me united states as location. I put Italy, but when i reopen fat rank the location is again united states, in practice it doesn't memorize it, and this thing is very annoying. let me know please: info@luccartigiani.it

hi, i'm using fatrank add-on for chrome for 6 years now,
suddenly when i search keywords, i get the message "Search blocked. Google is blocking searches, try later."
and that's the 1st time in 2 months that i'v used the tool?

is the tool disabled ?
is there a new version that works?

Keyword tool not accurate?

I am disappointed that your Chrome Extension is not retrieving accurate results. I was given this keyword tool as a suggestion just yesterday and already it's showing wrong data. Its saying my keyword is not in top 100 when its on page 1.

I could show you a screenshot but its not allowing it here.
