Help with AOL you own it, Can you help?

I installed a Clear Caption phone due to my hearing disability and my phone number changed. AOL is unable to verify my account and has locked me out of my email. I cannot reach anyone who has the authority or ability to change my phone number and get my account working again. I have spoken to six different customer care representatives over four days.

Change my format

Please change my format page back to the original email page was. I do NOT like this new page format. It's hard to read & to know what I want to keep or delete. This change was done 2 days ago & its difficult to read. I didn't ask for the change sop please change it back. Thank You. maurkeff@yahoo.com

What a mess!

You have eliminated my personal Yahoo page. You have eliminated "my most recent' viewed stock list. Your finance page font is too small and filled with repetitive articles and non essential articles at the expense of reading the statistics from the markets. You have messed up most of the reasons I view Yahoo finance
