I was looking for a replacement for pushbullet which is no longer supported. Join is a bit tricker to use. There is quite a lag between a text on my phone and it showing up via the extension. What I wanted was to use my laptop to type texts rather than my phone. And I frequently send files to my phone or tablet. The UI was hard for me to get used ot. I have been a fan for as long as this app is published, but recently there is an exception that is ongoing, João you need to fix this quick.

By far my favorite app from João, I pretty much have all of his apps, now while I had the Tasker app bug for a few years, writing and creating new ways to automate my Android devices with Tasker, I always use Join to easily have clipboards synced between many devices! Also transferring files between them, or even sending a command through Join to trigger a Tasker Profile or Task! All in All: Buy Join , you will never regret it!

It seems like the extension gets screwed up when used on two Chromium browsers on the same computer. It kept asking me to rename that Join instance, even though I named the two browser extension's instances “Chrome” and “Thorium.” The rename prompt kept persisting. Something to look into... Originally used it bought it but then somehow I never used it because I found it to be too cumbersome. Also I needed less and less rely on SMS (one of the reasons why I got it originally) and didn't work reliably for Clipboard Sharing, Remote Writing, Taking Screenshots on Devices and sending files. So while I am not too happy about reading that now it would be removed due to not being MV3 compliant, it'd be a loss for those who were using it as paying customers. Hopefully the dev won't drop ... Amazing extension, I use it multiple times every single day to send Chrome tabs on my phone to my desktop computer at home for me to check out later. I also use it to easily transfer small files to and from my phone. I really, really hope they are able to update it to support MV3.

Been using Join chrome and android for years. very happy with it. But: Since last Chrome update join extension says: This extension may soon no longer be supported Remove or replace it with similar extensions from the Chrome Web Store BTW was wondering for the Android Join App if you would want to put in an option for us to force enable the 'monitor clipboard' switch?
