The option to add existing Email to Gainsight pill is no longer visible.

I have made al the required changes ( no additional extensions, cleared cache & history, restarted computer, reinstalled the plug in & also tested it in incognito mode.) This issue has been happening since over a week and while I can log new emails the options just does not show up for any existing emails or new responses that I may need to log in GS.

I cannot find and select my existing customer (From SalesForce) when trying to log emails

After the August update, the process becomes harder and for some of my customers (data from SalesForce) are not able to find and making it impossible to log into Gainsight

Gainsight Assist is not Logging Emails to Timeline

Multiple end user reports of emails not logging to timeline through the GA plug-in. The email status remains "in progress", orange, and within a spinning emblem. The emails are not located in the drafts either.

GS Assist not working

Can't log emails - get error message: Timeline: Something went wrong. Please try again.

And instead of a green success icon I get a pink exclamation mark.

Not Working with Recent Chrome OS Update

Update - The Gainsight team has submitted an enhancement for our Chrome plugin to the Chrome Web Store. However, the review and publication process may take up to 3 business days. We will update the status once the new version is published.
