No Options or Send & Archive button

I don't see options in the extension settings to change cc/bcc open or subject open by default as well as full popup vs inframe popup.

Extension Not Working With Different Chrome Profile

I use Chrome with two profiles. This extension works well on profile 1 / email address 1, but not at all on profile 2 / email address 2. Is there a fix for this? Subscribed with username hakim@signsofplano.com.

Subscription

I need to cancel my subcription, the email I used it for I no longer use and no longer have a google workspace for. In order to get back into it, I would have to pay for a google subscription. I can find no way to cancel my subscription. Can you please help me with that? Danielle@spilledmilkmarketing.com is my email I was using it on. I haven't used it since 2024.

Auto pop out reply no longer working

When I select reply or reply all the pop out window does not come up. The reply window shows up in my reading pane. This is happening on my work account but not my personal account.

Auto pop out not working on reply

Since the new update last week, the auto pop out does not work on reply. It works fine on compose.

Replies and Forwards do not pop out

With the most recent update, Replies and Forwards do not pop out into separate screens. They open windows within the reading pane. Only new messages pop out.
