Trying to upgrade, but can't log in!

I've re-installed this app which I had paid for before. It wants me to log in, but I don't see how - it says to Please Log In and Continue The feature needs you to log in, please click the extension icon in the upper right corner and continue. I'm already logged into Chrome. What am I doing wrong?

Post Data Not Found

Simply stated, I'm attempting to extract the names of a comment section from my business' FB page. The extension seems to install and the button shows up on each individual post and even works on other posts except for the one I need it for. The first thing I notice is that when I click on the extension button on the post it doesn't create a post ID. Then when trying to "Fetch" I get a browser pop up that says "Post Data Not Found". This post was boosted but otherwise it's a giveaway where people commented to be entered and this would be a perfect application of this extension if we can get it to work!

NESTING COMMENT

I bought this software, and I want to export all the comment data, including all nesting comments, but when I use it, it only allows up to 5 nesting comments. Is there any way to change this?
