Request to Cancel Subscription

Dear Support Team,
I am writing regarding my subscription, which I have not been able to use for a long time due to non-functioning servers. I previously contacted you about this issue and requested either a fix or a refund, but the problem was not resolved.
Despite this, charges have continued to be deducted from my card on a monthly basis. I was unable to monitor this in time.
Please cancel my subscription immediately and confirm that no further charges will occur.

No servers to connect to

I had to uninstall the google chrome extension and then I installed again and signed in. But when selecting a country they was only 1 there, Paris with a ping of 630 and a Isle of Man flag and when I clink on it, it would do nothing. I don't understand what as happened now I cannot use it and I am paid up to Oct.

Hello, can you please restore my access to DOT VPN.

I cannot login, no code is sent to my email and I paid for 3 years of the VPN. The VPN no longer works on the Poland server as well - it is RIDICULOUS. I tried resetting my password but it did not work! Can you please sort this issue out ASAP.
