Extension not working even when I upgraded to the pro plan more than three days ago

It's been already more than three days that it's not working and I already paid you a year in advance and it still doesn't work. I was using the free program, good, and then I upgraded to the pro plan and it's not enabling me to log in. There is a very big problem. Import not working

Active state component

Unable to Unzip Extension

Every time I try to download the extension, I get an error that "Could not unzip extension". I have not been able to find a reason in the support issues as to why this may be happening. I am on Chrome Version 136.0.7103.93.

Images aren't cloning over

I told my clients to buy the pro plugin as it appeared they could only copy 1 image when cloning sites due to seeing your example images showing 22 images I thought there wouldn't be a single image cap if purchasing. Now I purchased and am still not getting all the images cloned over. Wondering why? love the product but wish it came with the images

Extension is no longer supported by latest Chrome Update

After updating Chrome, the extension is no longer supported and Chrome recommends uninstalling it. Can You fix that?
