Better field output

This is by far the best Jira -> Markdown tool I've tried. It got the comments, attachments and custom fields.

One thing that would make it better would be better formatting of the custom fields (None of these would stop me from using it, as the data is all there. It could just be better presented.
* Usernames get repeated.
* Some get output as JSON, most notably: Linked Issues. If you could get that to output as a list that would be really nice.

Also, image attachments could display as thumbnails, but that would just be a nice-to-have.
