Doesn't give me the best prices

Hi, this extension/app isn't giving me the best prices. What are the necessary steps to do? I'm trying to buy from Amazon but there's no option that's giving me to get the best prices.

Using Chrome , deleted cookies and a fresh install , testing but is not working, allow all web site too. Not working
