Extension only downloads the first 12 entries

I click on the downoad button using txt. It gets the 1st 12 and instead of moving on, it just keeps trying to do the first 12 and telling me it's already downloaded. I have taken the extension out of chrome and tried again but get the same result.I am not sure how to proceed.
