Hi Glasp team,

I recently upgraded to the Pro Plan, but none of the features are working. I’ve tried all suggested solutions:

- Used incognito mode
- Switched YouTube accounts
- Reinstalled the extension
- Updated my browser
- Tested on videos with captions
- Restarted my computer

Despite all of this, the “No Transcript Available” error keeps showing. The tool worked fine a few days ago, but now it’s completely broken.

Please cancel my subscription and process a refund.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with the YouTube Summary feature in the Glasp Chrome extension. Whenever I request a summary for a YouTube video, I consistently receive an error saying “Transcript not found,” even though the videos I tested have captions enabled and can be viewed manually on YouTube.

I’ve tried this across dozens of videos from various channels, but the issue persists with every one of them. It appears to be affecting all videos, not just specific ones.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there’s a solution or an expected fix timeline?
