Not Satisfied with the feature - colleague didn't have to pay for it - Requesting Refund
I used draftback periodically and it was free. I was promoted to pay and just did, but it really isn't giving me the features I needed. I am requesting a refund - It has not even been 24hours since I have paid.

Hello - I am trying to cancel my subscription - month charge of 6.99. I'm not actively teaching until the fall and would like to continue to use draftback when needed only. Extension doesn't work. Please refund $40.
I can see all revisions in my own docs. However, I am not able to see the revisions in docs submitted by my students on Google Classroom. I just ordered it one week ago. Please refund the $40.

Extension Doesn't Work
I accidentally purchased this extension (I had been using another extension (TabWrite LLC), and thought it was Draftback because my coworkers had talked about it at our district and assumed that it was I had been using). This extension doesn't work on my account. I have tried updating it, logging in and out of Chrome/Google. I would like a refund please.

double subscription
I tried to pay for a month teacher subscription but typed in my personal email instead. I tried to change it but it just made me start over, and now I have two subscriptions! I would like a refund for the subscription to my personal email. How do I get through to subscriptions?

Fix or Refund
I puchased a subscription, having used this app for years. After I purchased it, the app no longer works and has issues confirming that my account is paid for. Before this update, things worked great! I would either like to see a fix to this issue or receive a refund for my payment, because what I purchased does not function.

I bought your product today, but it doesn't appear on my Google docs
Hi,I bought your product today, but it doesn't appear on my Google docs like it used to when I was using it for free. I restarted my computer, and updated Chrome, and closed out Google Docs. Then I re-opened it and tried to use Draftback on my students' submitted Google documents, but it doesn't show up. Please help me fix this issue, so I am more likely to recommend this product to others. Thanks!

Subscription Not being recognized
On March 10, 2025 m,y district purchased a subscription for me for Draftback. When I try to use it, I keep getting a message stating that my free trial period is over. This i knew and it is why I requested the subscription purchase and my district agreed.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Failure to allow viewing
My classes posted papers to Google Classroom today. I can view some papers but not the majority of them. I've used Draftback for some time, but I just subscribed on March 3rd, 2025.
