Can't view my merge requests from toolbar icon

When I click the toolbar icon, I see two options: one for settings and the other is the domain name of the GitLab host I'm using. When I click the latter, a tab opens to https://something.com/dashboard/merge_requests?state=opened&draft=no&search=Reviewers%3A%20%40me&scope=all, which shows nothing. https://something.com/dashboard/merge_requests?reviewer_username=me does show my merge requests. (This is with GitLab Enterprise Edition v17.5.5-ee.)

I'm guessing that different versions of GitLab use different URLs for the same information, so adding a way for users to define the URL used for viewing merge requests would mean you don't have to always chase the latest URL. That would also allow users to customize the set of filters used when clicking that option.

API 404 when viewing project merge requests page

When I am viewing a project's merge requests page — https://something.com/groups/mygroup/-/merge_requests?scope=all&state=opened — I get this message:

Codecode Gitlab Code Review: Access token for the current Gitlab host is missing or invalid in addon options!
Error: API: Failed request: https://something.com/api/v4/projects/alertengine/merge_requests/4 (404)

I have configured an access token. I've tried different tokens with different permissions, including "api", but it still fails.

It may be valuable to know that this is with GitLab Enterprise Edition v17.5.5-ee.

Specify the access token scopes needed

Users must create a personal access token, but there are many scopes to choose from when creating one. Users need to know which are required for Codecode Review for GitLab to work, so add that information to the settings panel.

Filter for merge requests

Add a feature to only see merge requests where I am an additional reviewer
